Harper′s BAZAAR Art China July 2013

Same as last years, art is a leading theme of “BAZAAR ART NIGHT”. This BAZAAR ART NIGHT invites Nu Bing, a Chinese artist to inscribe the banquet name with his symbolic “Book from the Sky”: Sui Jianguo, an artist to create a sculpture specifically for BAZAR ART NIGHT, based on which, the trophy of BAZAR ART PRIZE is produced: Yang Maoyuan, an artist to make limited-edition art gifts and La Zhengyuan to design the art gift box for the banquet. And Grimanesa Amorós, an artist from Peru has a special trip to Jong Kong creating a group of massive light fixtures at the site in Four Seasons Hotel. It’s the first time that this female artist has such a large work in Asia.

与 装 置 艺 术 共 进 晚 餐 知 名 秘 鲁 艺 术 家 格 里 玛 尼 萨 · 阿 莫 罗 斯 (Grimanesa Amorós) 为 “芭 莎 艺 术 之 夜 ” 晚 宴 创 作 了 一 组 巨 型 灯 光 装 置 作 品 《 金 色 联 结 》。充 满 张 力 的 视 觉 效 果 成 为 香 港 四 季 酒 店 (Four Seasons Hotels) 当 晚 的 一 大 亮 点 。 格 里 玛 尼 萨 说 : “我 希 望 能 用 创 作 去 引 发 一 些 交 流 , 引 起 观 众 对 于 生 存 和 生 活 的 思 索 。即 便 是 这 些 作 品 引 发 了 某 些 厌 恶 的 情 绪 也 是 好 的 , 因 为 如 果 你 厌 恶 某 些 东 西 就 意 味 着 你 会 去 思 考 了 。 ”
