Grimanesa Amorós RADIANCE — monumental LED light installation at Walt Disney Concert Hall, Los Angeles, CA. Rope-like tubes of shifting color and light intensity cascade through Frank Gehry's iconic interior, creating a pulsing, fire-inspired light sculpture commissioned by the LA Philharmonic for Scriabin's Prometheus, conducted by renowned Esa-Pekka Salonen. PASSAGE | The Peninsula Hotel Istanbul, Türkiye

Monumental light installation Golden Array by light artist Grimanesa Amorós, spanning 210 feet by 25 feet by 70 feet. Inspired by India's cable lines, it features a dynamic sequence of golden yellow, warm orange, and bright white lights that flow rhythmically, reminding the viewer of the profound web that binds humanity.

Grimanesa Amorós GOLDEN WATERS, 40 x 164 x 18-foot public art light sculpture and outdoor LED sculpture floating above the Arizona Canal at the Soleri Bridge, Scottsdale, AZ, 2015. LED tubing in diffusion and reflective material rises from the canal waters as if born of them, honoring the ancient Hohokam people's irrigation canals. Grimanesa Amorós AMPLEXUS — monumental 100-foot LED light installation at Noor Riyadh Festival, Diplomatic Quarter, Saudi Arabia. Glowing red tubing inspired by Riyadh's desert sunrises and sunsets wraps the circular columns of the Cultural Palace, blending traditional Islamic architecture with light art. Grimanesa Amorós HEDERA — large-scale outdoor light sculpture and public art light sculpture at the Prospect Park Bandshell, BRIC, Brooklyn, NY. Over 2,000 square feet of glowing ivy-like LED art transitions from translucent white to deep red, while reflective domes shift from aquamarine blue to ruby red. Grimanesa Amorós PINK LOTUS, 41 x 31 x 17-foot public art light sculpture and LED sculpture on the landmarked Beaux-Arts facade of The Peninsula Hotel New York, Fifth Avenue, 2015. A glowing pink LED lotus made of diffusion and reflective material, and LEDs, positioned between the carved Roman goddesses Ceres and Diana, created for The Art of Pink Breast Cancer Awareness Month initiative. Grimanesa Amorós GOLDEN CONNECTION, two-part LED sculpture and light sculpture at the Four Seasons Hotel Grand Ballroom, Harper's BAZAAR Art Night, Art Basel Hong Kong, 2013. A 100 x 50 x 20-foot ballroom LED ceiling installation and a 9 x 8 x 12-foot foyer light sculpture in stainless steel, diffusion and reflective material, and LEDs, celebrating the inaugural Art Basel Hong Kong under the theme "Art Changes the World." Grimanesa Amorós BREATHLESS MAIDEN LANE, 25-foot public art light sculpture and LED sculpture suspended in the atrium of 125 Maiden Lane, Financial District, New York, 2014. An interlocking matrix of white and gold LED tubing in stainless steel, diffusion and reflective material tracing Lower Manhattan's pre-grid organic street patterns, the light bouncing off marble walls, stainless steel ceiling, and glass facade at night. Commissioned by Time Equities Art-in-Buildings. LED sculpture by Grimanesa Amorós.

BREATHLESS MAIDEN LANE | Maiden Lane, New York, NY, USA

Grimanesa Amorós UROS HOUSE, 12-foot public art light sculpture and outdoor LED sculpture at Duffy Square, Times Square, New York, 2011. Made of LEDs, diffusion material domes, silkscreen, and aluminum, its red and white LED sequence chosen as a tribute to the Peruvian flag evokes the totora reed houses of the Uros people of Lake Titicaca. Seen by over 350,000 visitors. Commissioned by the Times Square Alliance and The Armory Show. Outdoor light sculpture by Grimanesa Amorós.

UROS HOUSE | Times Square, New York, NY, USA

Grimanesa Amorós RACIMO, 26 x 46-foot public art outdoor LED sculpture and light sculpture on the Allure of the Seas, the world's largest cruise ship, launched in Turku, Finland, 2011. Made of stainless steel, diffusion and reflective material, and LEDs, the silkscreened domes depict the vineyards of Pisco, Peru, a tribute to the artist's childhood memories of grapevines. Commissioned by ICART for Royal Caribbean. Outdoor light sculpture by Grimanesa Amorós.

RACIMO | Royal Caribbean, Turku, Finland

Grimanesa Amorós FLEXUS, permanent public art light sculpture and outdoor LED sculpture integrated into the AC Tank and Silos of the Harper Street Asphalt Plant, Queens, New York. Made of stainless steel, diffusion and reflective material, and LEDs, the installation activates from just before sunset to just before dawn, celebrating infrastructure, sustainability, and the urban landscape along Flushing Creek. Winner of the 41st NYC Public Design Commission Annual Award. Outdoor LED sculpture by Grimanesa Amorós.
