The Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes de Cuba in Havana is a premier institution dedicated to Fine Arts. It consists of two buildings: the Palace of Fine Arts, which showcases Cuban art collections, and The Asturian Center, home to the Universal Art Collection with international works spanning from 500 B.C. to the present day. This museum also boasts an exceptional Spanish art collection and one of the largest assemblages of paintings and sculptures in Latin America.

During the event, Grimanesa Amorós delivered an engaging artist talk, exploring her unique approach to light installations and discussing her role in the broader narrative of Latin American art. This insightful program connected audiences to the rich cultural heritage housed within the museum’s Cuban Art Building.
