Edwin Gould Services for Children and Families (EGSCF) is an organization that seeks to “…reach directly the needy children of the present generation and contribute to their health, physical and educational development until they can be returned to a proper home environment or can be self-supporting…”. Due to it’s fundraising efforts in recent years, EGSCF has gone from one of the lowest ranked agencies to becoming the #1 Foster Care Agency in New York City. The “ARTrageous” Children’s Expressions Project by EGSCF is not only the single largest source of private income for the organization, but it is also an exciting opportunity to broaden support and increase public awareness for foster children. photos by Grimanesa Amorós Studio
